Skilled engineers perform plans and design review and appraisal for the purpose of classification, construction and alteration of ships and other marine related structures, verifying compliance with the DBS Rules and Regulations as well as applicable maritime conventions and IMO Resolutions.
Plan appraisal is carried out on behalf of flag Administrations authorizing DBS.
